Kim is a chef with a lifelong passion for great ingredients, fantastic flavours and delivering food that lives in the memory. She honed her skills at the Nathan Outlaw Academy before working as a private chef, creating great menus for events ranging from intimate fine dining to wedding feasts. In recent times Kim's pop-up kitchen has been delighting foodie fans with amazing elevated street food, alongside supplying numerous local shops and cafes with her mouthwatering bakes and cakes.

Kim's menus focus on flavour using quality seasonal ingredients sourced from the best local suppliers backed by a belief that great food takes time, passion and care; from the smallest ingredient to the final presentation.

This makes Kim the perfect match for South Torfrey Farm; where sustainability, quality and community are the key ingredients. She is the resident caterer at Bar Silo and never fails to wow guests with her exceptional culinary delights.
